Island resort launch attracts Neue crowd.

Louise Sunshine, former chairman emeritus of the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, was among the guests who turned out for the launch of upcoming residential and resort destination Dellis Cay, located in the Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies.

Dr. Cem Kinay, chairman and CEO of the O Property Collection, hosted the launch of his Dellis Cay with a cocktail reception at the Neue Gallerie featuring a special performance by internationally acclaimed pianist, Gabriela Montero. The party was followed by an intimate dinner at Cafe Sabarsky.

The celebration brought the international team of Dr. Kinay (Vienna), Carl Ettensperger (Singapore), Kengo Kuma (Tokyo) and Piero Lissoni (Milan) together in New York for a rare appearance.

Guests included Michael Douglas, Vivienne Tam, Angela Janklow, Muriel Brandolini, Jennifer Creel, Milly de Cabrol, Kim Stolz, Sandy & Jill Heller, Katrina Pavlos, Louise Sunshine, Christopher Mason, Izak Senbahar, Arnold Chan, Richard Pandiscio, Todd Eberle, Donald Baechler and Joe Armstrong among others.

At the event, guests were treated to a private viewing of the Neue Gallerie's upper floors, which feature the work of Gustav Klimt and Josef Heller. Chef Kurt Gutenbrunner of Wallse offered his signature menu of modern Viennese delicacies. The evening's highlights were performances by the Venezualan-born Gabriela Montero, who wowed the crowd with a repertoire of Chopin and Rachmaninoff and a show-stopping classical improvisation.

Dellis Cay is being designed by a team of the world's top architects that includes Shigeru Ban, David Chipperfield, Carl Ettensperger, Zaha Hadid, Kengo Kuma and Piero Lissoni.
