Oh Yeah, run by NME/Hot Press scribe Stuart Bailie, is inviting votes for its 1999 Northern Ireland Music Awards.
"Oh Yeah is presenting Northern Ireland music to a worldwide audience," said Stuart.
"These awards are to celebrate and showcase musical talent from all over the province."
The site is at www.oh yeah.net - and here's a look at some of their nominees, plus our own penny's worth.
Act of the Year: Ash, Ursula Burns, Cuckoo, Divine Comedy, Kieran Goss, Van Morrison, Snow Patrol, Watercress.
BN: Snow Patrol.
Album of the Year: Ash (Nu-clear Sounds), Cuckoo (Breathing Lessons), Rare (Peoplefreak), Snow Patrol (Songs For Polar Bears), Watercress (Bummer), Andy White (Compilation).
Single of the Year: Asterix (Laura Loves), Divine Comedy (Generation Sex), Roo (Bridget), Watercress (Space Girl), Arthur Magee (Perfect Day).
Gig of the Year: Manics (Ulster Hall), Mercury Rev (Limelight), U2/Ash (Waterfront Hall), Primal Scream (Rialto)
BN: Peace or no peace, this one should go to Manics or Mercury Rev.
Best Club: Shine, Stereotype, Ski Bunny, Numb, Breakdown.

Best New Act: BASIC, Cecil's Flea Circus, Desert Hearts, Manor, Throat, Hedrock Valley Beats, Tura Artura.

There is also a special award for services to Northern Ireland music.
The awards will be presented in February, at a venue to be confirmed.
