AMCS Group, of Limerick has taken over GMT Europe from Amsterdam investment firm, Nedvest.
AMCS and GMT both would be offering a software and technology, which raises the efficiency and productivity of waste recovery, recycling and reuse.
AMCS is offering enterprise scale solutions to the waste sector across the worls with its main operations in Western and Northern Europe, North America and Australasia.
