Iranian FM Readying for North African Tour.
TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will leave Tehran on Monday for a bi-nation tour of Tunisia and Algeria in the third round of his trips to the regional countries since the July nuclear agreement with the world powers.
During the visits, the Iranian foreign minister plans to discuss bilateral relations, mutual cooperation as well as exchanging views over the recent moves in the crisis-hit countries, including Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, and Libya with senior Tunisian and Algerian officials.
The nuclear agreement struck between Iran and the six world powers in Vienna on July 14 is likely to be high on the agenda of Zarif's discussions with those foreign officials.
During the past month, the Iranian top official has made several trips to different regional nations such as Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, India, Pakistan and Russia, where he mainly underlined the necessity for cooperation among the neighboring and regional states to establish security and stability in the region.
