Xybridge Joins IPeria's ValuEdge Partners Program to Deliver

Interoperable Next Generation Personal Communications and Messaging

IPeria Inc. today announced that Xybridge Technologies, a leading provider of multi-service softswitch solutions for both fixed and mobile converged networks, has joined the IPeria ValuEdge Partners Program. Through the ValuEdge Program, IPeria and Xybridge will together offer compatible technologies that deliver revenue-generating services for NextGen telcos, wireless providers, competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), and cable operators.

The IPeria Service Node (IPSN) and Xybridge softswitch and applications offering will include multiple end-to-end enhanced services, such as VoIP, calling card, Class 4 and Class 5 features, unified messaging, voice-activated voice email as well as other NextGen communications and messaging applications. These highly scaleable applications work with legacy, public switched telephone (PSTN) and next-generation, Internet Protocol (IP) networks, increasing average revenue per user (ARPU), minutes of use (MOU) and customer retention for service providers.

"Through the ValuEdge Partners Program, IPeria seeks to establish strong working relationships with the best companies in the next-generation telecom business," stated IPeria's vice president of business development, Chris Berluti. "We are very pleased to announce that Xybridge has joined the Program and, with us, will deliver interoperable, enhanced solutions to a rapidly growing and increasingly lucrative marketplace."

"Service providers need enhanced services that work with PSTN and IP networks," stated Xybridge Vice President of Business Development Tony Naples. "With our softswitch solutions and their IPSN, we can seamlessly deliver the flexible, high quality applications today's providers require to transition from legacy to next-generation networks. That is why we joined the ValuEdge Program."

IPeria's ValuEdge Partners Program helps softswitch and media gateway manufacturers leverage their products with application solutions demanded by today's service providers. The Program also ensures interoperability in multi-vendor systems environments, guaranteeing that platforms and applications will work together via standards-based protocols, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP). This interoperability will enable providers to deliver new and compelling services and quickly begin increasing revenue and decreasing subscriber churn. Also, the Program allows ValuEdge equipment manufacturers to reference, sell or resell packaged IPeria Service Node solutions or allows Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to license and integrate IPeria software components.
