Io Energy launches two more pubs for Electric Power market.

Continuing its information expansion since its formation earlier this year, Io Energy (Arlington, VA) has launched Power Week Southeast with an issue on Sept. 4 and Power Week Canada with an issue on Oct. 29. An annual subscription costs $797 for the former title and $697 for the latter.

Both new titles are targeted to power generation executives and their suppliers. Power Week Southeast includes 6-9 pages of regionally-specific research and analysis of the region's power markets. Power Week Canada is descibed as the first energy publication "to offer a weekly report on the dynamic Canadian power market," Io Energy said. Editorial for both new titles includes information on such topics as operation, generation markets intelligence, asset optimization, portfolio management, risk mitigation and fuel strategies.

Io Energy launched its first two information products, Power Daily Northeast and Power Daily Northeast Midday, in February. In June, Io began the publication of Generation Markets Week and the company launched Electric Transmission Week in August.
