Inwido Sverige AB acquires Erafonster.

NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT-4 July 2006-Inwido Sverige AB acquires Erafonster(C)1994-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

The Swedish windows and doors manufacturer Inwido Sverige AB said on Tuesday (4 July) that it has agreed to acquire the privately-owned windows manufacturer Erafonster in Varobacka, Sweden.

Erafonster has 30 employees and manufacturing operations in Sweden and Japan. Its annual turnover is approximately SEK35m.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

Inwido is owned by the private equity company Ratos AB (95%).

One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
