Allianz Investment Corporation, investment advisor for the U.S. affiliates of Allianz A.G., a German insurance concern, has signed a long-term lease for 15,000 square feet of space in Westport Corporate Office Park on Greens Farms Road, Westport.

The announcement was made by John Goodkind, vice president, Leasing for the Mendik Company, owners and developers of the complex, who said that Allianz will move to the north building of the 120,000-square-foot, two-building complex by summer.

With this latest transaction which was initiated and handled by Goodkind, Westport Corporate Office Park is now fully leased. Gerald Lees and Paul Kaufman, Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Stamford represented Allianz.
