CASES heard at Coventry Magistrates Court on Monday, May 28, included: Daniel Sheridan, 21, of Wheelwright Lane, Holbrooks, Coventry, driving without due care and attention. Fined pounds 185 with six points, pounds 80 costs and pounds 15 victim surcharge.

Jonathan Barnett, 40, of Oliver Street, Foleshill, Coventry, stole a pounds 900 laptop. Four-week curfew.

Daniel Bodnar, 27, of Gladstone Street, Rugby, drink-driving and driving with no insurance. Fined pounds 350 with 14-month ban, 85 costs and pounds 15 victim surcharge.

Shane Forshaw, 21, of Treherne Road, Radford, Coventry, drunk and disorderly and breach of

Louise Russell, 33, of Hermes Crescent, Wyken, Coventry, stole seven bottles of perfume worth pounds 283 from Debenhams. Compensation of pounds 283.

Muna Shariff, 25, of Eden Street, Paradise, Coventry, failed to attend probation appointment and unpaid work. Extra 25 hours unpaid work added.

Bhupinder Sahota, 37, of Royal Oak Lane, Ash Green, Bedworth, drink-driving, driving with no MOT or insurance, driving while disqualified, criminal damage and harassment. Jailed for 18 weeks and 40-month ban.

Jaswinder Singh Pannum, 51, of Kenilworth Road, Earlsdon, Coventry, failed to give a breath-test. Fined pounds 300 with 17-month ban, pounds 275 costs and pounds 15 victim surcharge.

Sundip Singh Dosanjh, 18, of Bell Green Road, Bell Green, Coventry, failing to stop after an accident, driving with the wrong licence and driving with no insurance. Six-month conditional discharge and six points. Jamie Hislop, 22, of Cherrybrook Way, Bell Green, Coventry, driving with the wrong licence and driving with no insurance. Fined pounds 110 with six-month ban and pounds 15 victim surcharge.

Satvinder Singh Chanal, 24, of Parkville Highway, Holbrooks, Coventry, drink-driving and driving with no insurance. Fined pounds 405 with 12-month ban, pounds 85 costs and pounds 15 victim surcharge.

Shane Mullen, 18, of Glaisdale Avenue, Holbrooks, Coventry, driving with the wrong licence, driving with no insurance, failing to wear a crash helmet and illegally carrying a pillion passenger. Fined pounds 140 with eight points and pounds 15 victim surcharge.
