Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (ISP.MI) has set final terms on its 12-year, GBP350m bond, Dow Jones has reported citing a person familiar with the situation.

Final price guidance on the senior, unsecured bond has been set at 110 basis points over midswaps, the person said. Banca IMI, Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) and Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc (LSE: RBS) (NYSE: RBS-PP) have been hired as joint lead-managers for the transaction.

The issuer is rated 'Aa2' by Moody's Investors Service Inc, 'AA-' by Standard & Poor's Corp and AA- by Fitch Ratings.
