Internet Cable Corporation Receives Contract to Perform DQMC Network Audit.

Business Editors/High-Tech Writers

KEENE, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 2002

In today's information age the public has come to depend heavily on broadband networks as a vital communication link to the world. Progressive broadband operators who provide a service level commitment to their subscribers do so by certifying and periodically auditing their network's performance. This is accomplished using DQMC(TM) network audit software created by Internet Cable Corporation (NASDAQ OTCBB: ICBL) to provide the enabling technology to help broadband network operators deploy bell-grade reliable digital services to their subscribers.

Some operators prefer to purchase the software from Internet Cable and perform this function in-house, while others have chosen to outsource the ingress mitigation and DQMC(TM) certification process to our team of skilled professionals. We are pleased to have been selected to provide this service to a major broadband operator in Keene, New Hampshire. Although details of the agreement cannot be disclosed, the primary objective is to optimize the broadband network for the deployment of their High-Speed Internet Services.

Internet Cable Corporation Chairman, Joseph Melanson states, "We are pleased to offer our clients cutting edge DQMC(TM) technology to help them provide the fastest, most reliable high speed network possible. We are committed to offering the products and services they need to stay ahead of their competition. Our software development team continues to enhance the DQMC(TM) platform to include a full complement of test instruments commonly used by broadband operators."
