International law firm signs lease with Crown owners.
Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., the leasing agent for 730 Fifth Avenue, the Crown Building, has announced that Studio Legale Bisconti has recently signed a lease with the building's new ownership, Jerome L. Greene, Bernard Spitzer and Marvin S. Winter.
Joseph G. Costabile, Josh N. Kuriloff and Ken Krasnow of Cushman & Wakefield are leasing agents for the building, located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street.
Studio Legale Bisconti, one of Italy's largest law firms, is relocating from 660 Madison Avenue to the Crown Building. The firm chose the building because of "the international prestige of the location," according to Josh N. Kuriloff of Cushman & Wakefield.
Studio Legale Bisconti is one of the most prestigious law firms in Italy. The firm has headquarters in Rome, and offices in Milan, London, and New York. Bisconti is currently president of the International Bar Association, and several of the firm's partners hold positions in international law associations.
The new ownership purchased the building and removed the 26-story gold-accented tower from the legal entanglements of the previous ownership that inhibited its full and productive use.
