International Institute for Learning to Acquire AFA Project Management.


8 October 2015 - US-based business education services provider International Institute for Learning, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire AFA Project Management Ltd., a management training company that provides accredited consultancy and training in AXELOS, APMG, and APM Best Practice methods, the company said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IIL and AFA have had a partnership for more than ten years, working together to provide learning solutions for companies and individuals seeking to improve their performance through best practice methodologies.

The company said that this acquisition will allow IIL to bolster its professional services in these areas and better serve its clients in over 150 countries.

IIL's courses are also offered through IIL's university affiliate, the NYU School of Professional Studies.

AFA was established nearly 20 years ago as a management consultancy organization.
