If you don't know Austin Powers and love Heineken, you and your customers will soon meet the creature that single-handedly brought groovy fashion and James Bond antics into the '90s. Heineken USA has paired with the new film Austin Powers II -- The Spy Who Shagged Me to bring the swinging '60s into your establishment. The promotion centers on "Austin's Groovy Grab Bag," a catalogue filled with lava talking T-shirts, coaster sets, Heineken red star neons pint glasses, temporary tattoos, mojo pendants and the Austin Powers video/soundtrack combo set. A stand up of Austin and co. comes along with the catalogue. On-premise accounts will also be able to sponsor Austin Powers "swinging '60s" parties, where customers will be required to dress and act like Austin. It's sure to be shagadelic, baby.
