International Assets Holding Corp. makes announcement.

WINTER PARK, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1995--Pursuant to the prospectus dated Feb. 11, 1994, International Assets Holding Corp. units (cusip 459028205) which trade under the symbol IAACU, will separate and the components (common stock and redeemable warrants) will begin trading independently.

NASDAQ will be delisting the current units effective Feb. 22, 1995. At that time, the units will cease trading and only the components will trade.

The components of the units will begin trading independently and separately on Feb. 11 as stated in the prospectus. The common stock will trade under the symbol IAAC (cusip 4591208106). The redeemable warrants will trade under the symbol IAACW (cusip 459078114).

Certificates currently issued and trading as units will represent the redeemable warrants effective Feb. 11. New certificates representing shares of the common stock will be issued to all unit holders of record as of Feb. 11.
