Interep expands at 100 Park.

Interep National Radio Sales has leased 66,000 square feet of office space for its corporate headquarters at 100 Park Avenue, New York. The transaction involved the restructuring and extension of the tenant's existing 40,000-square-foot lease as well as the leasing of an additional 26,000 square feet of office space. The term of the new lease is 12 years.

The transaction also incorporated a 15,000-square-foot administrative office previously located at One Dag Hammarskjold Plaza.

Mitchell S. Steir, senior managing director, Marc S. Miller, managing director, and Matthew Barlow, assistant director, in the New York office of Julien J. Studley, Inc. exclusively represented Interep in the transaction.

The aggregate value of the transaction is approximately $25 million.
