Intercom firm guarantees service till Year 2000

In an industry where most residential or commercial intercom systems are given a one-year warranty at best, Jordan Intercom Systems of New York, is now guaranteeing its products until the year 2000. This initial offer is good on any intercom purchased through Jordan until Jan. 1, 1992.

According to Jordan Lubitz, president of Jordan Intercom Systems, the need for more sophisticated service in the security industry prompted him into offering an 8.5-year guarantee. "With rising crime rates, intercom systems and other security products have become crucial factors in maintaining tenancy in buildings," explains Lubitz, "which is why owners and managers cannot afford to install unreliable products."

Jordan began offering multi-year guarantees as a way to ensure customer satisfaction. "If you stand behind your product, everyone gets a better deal. This type of offer keeps us on our toes as well."

Jordan Intercom also offers free surveys of a building's security system which includes an analysis of building layout, current inside and outside security systems, entrances/exits, and mailrooms.
