Intercolor Develops New Flexible Packaging Inks.

Intercolor Ltd. will exhibit two new flexible packaging inks at Flexo 2001, May 6-9 in Nashville, TN. Uvaflex Q is a high performance cationic curing product with excellent flexibility and adhesion, and Uvaflex LO is a low odor ink developed specifically for food packaging.

According to Intercolor, the versatile Uvaflex range of inks is aimed at flexo printers using the UV drying process with versions specifically designed for each market sector. "The unique pigment dispersion technology utilized by Intercolor results in inks of exceptionally high color strength with excellent flow characteristics," according to the company.
