Inter-division championship: Peshawar, Kohat win judo titles.

PESHAWAR -- Peshawar and Kohat clinched the title of Men and Women Inter-Divisional Judo Championship organised by District Sports Officer with the collaboration of district administration, district government and K-P Judo Association at Mardan Sports Complex on Tuesday.

The defending champions Peshawar got five gold medals in the Men's Judo Championship, however in women category Kohat won three gold and two bronze medals and Peshawar came in second with one gold, two silver and two bronze medals respectively.

Mardan Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr Qasim Ali Khan said that Regional Sports Office was making all out efforts for the promotion of games in the division. Mardan RSO Kashif Farhan, K-P Judo Association President Masood Ahmad, GS Muhammad Jalal were present.
