Intellego Corporation Elects Tommy N. Bohman, Former Vice Chairman of IMS International, To Its Board of Directors.

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 27, 2000

Intellego Corporation, a privately held healthcare-knowledge company formerly known as Physicians Data Corp., announced today that Tommy N. Bohman, 61, has been elected to the company's board of directors.

Bohman was vice chairman of IMS International and president of IMS America, before he retired in 1998. IMS is leading provider of market research and sales-management services to the global pharmaceutical industry.

In addition to Bohman and Kurre, the other members of Intellego's board are: Garry Betty, chairman, who is president and chief executive officer of EarthLink, the Internet services company; Joseph C. Walton, a private investor with Reed Slatkin Associates; and Barrie Thrasher, M.D., an ophthalmologist and a co-founder of Intellego.

Bohman played a key role in building IMS International's global business, over the course of career spanning 20 years. He joined IMS in 1978 and was subsequently named managing director of IMS GmbH, responsible for overseeing the development of IMS' European data-processing facility in Frankfurt, Germany. He later became regional vice president - Europe, where he successfully reorganized IMS Germany's market-research division, implementing a new client/marketing structure that substantially increased the company's growth rate.

Bohman was named president of IMS America in 1992. He successfully rebuilt the management team, revitalized the unit's reputation for quality and restored the business's excellent financial performance.

Prior to joining IMS, Tommy was at NK-Ahlan Sweden from 1968 to 1978, after beginning his career with IBM Sweden in 1961. He was qualified in electronics by the Stockholm Engineering School in 1960 and studied executive management in Sweden in 1975.
