Intel ships new 2GHz Celeron processor.

Worldwide Computer Products News-19 September 2002-Intel ships new 2GHz Celeron processor (C)1995-2002 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Chip maker Intel Corp has introduced a new Celeron processor that is capable of running at speeds of 2GHz.

The new 2GHz Celeron processors are manufactured using the 0.13-micron fabrication process and come with a 400MHz system bus.

Pricing starts at USD103 per chip in 1,000-unit quantities.
