Providing integrated machine and plant control, the iQ-R series control platform incorporates sequence, motion, safety, process and C language control into one system. The unit is engineered for applications requiring integrated motion and safety control, synchronization between various processes and high production throughput in the automotive, food and beverage, materials handling, and electronics manufacturing industries. Key device features include 0.98-nanosecond execution speed, high-speed BUS, built-in SD memory card database, GX Works3 programming software with built-in functions and configuration screens. Capable of consolidated control of multiple machines or production lines in one rack, the system supports up to four central processing units per rack for various combinations of motion, sequence or process control.
