book that covers the latest law and finance research on insider trading.
Content includes international coverage of both established securities
markets in the U.S., Europe and Asia and emerging securities markets in
Brazil and China, among other countries, current developments in insider
trading regulation, and developments in corporate law. It also includes
information on the costs and benefits of insider trading, the rationale
for criminalizing insider trading, criminal and civil sanctions,
economic ramifications of insider trading and increased penalties for
insider trading that causes security prices to rise. The book costs $85.
