How much sleep do you need? ``I don't really need a lot of sleep - as long as I get at least three and a half hours I'm okay, and I always seem to get that.''
How do you feel first thing in the morning? ``I feel amazing - I wake up every morning and I clap my hands. I can't wait to get to work, where I'll be on set with some of the most beautiful girls in the world.''
What exercise do you take?``I get quite a lot of exercise as I love football and play it all the time.''
Are you careful about what you eat?``I try to be, but I usually only last for a few hours before I give in. I've got a real weakness for junk food.''
Are you or have you ever been overweight? ``No, not really. I suppose I must have a good metabolism as I've always been quite slim, even though I love eating.''
Do you take vitamin and mineral pills?``I never used to, but I have started taking Vitamin C tablets recently. It was my mum's idea, she really looks after me.''
What foods can't you bear to eat?``I hate grapefruit, but other than that I love most types of food.''
Do you drink or smoke too much?``No, neither. I don't smoke and I've never really drunk a lot.''
Do you catch a cold most winter?``No, not really and I don't think I will this winter because of the Vitamin C tablets. They've really helped, so it was a good job my mum suggested them.''
Do you think you suffer from stress? ``No. I think I'm quite laid-back.'' Have you ever been in hospital?``Only once, when I needed a couple of stitches after I walked into a piece of scaffolding. Other than that, I've been quite lucky.''
Does your job affect your health?``Yes, but only for the better. I love my job and it's a pleasure to be working with such a great bunch of people, so I've been feeling really good since I started work on Hollyoaks.''
How often do you consult your doctor?
In fact, I don't even think I have a doctor, which probably proves that I never go.''
Do you look after your skin?
``I try. I never really did in the past, but I thought I should probably start, now I'm on TV.''
Are you happy with your body?
``On the whole, yes I am.''
Do you take more care of yourself as the years go by?
``Yes, I probably do. Now I'm in the public eye, I'll have to start making sure I'm looking good.''
