The CTE Month tagline "Celebrate Today, Own Tomorrow!" describes how we will celebrate the advocates and teachers who give their time and effort to provide opportunities for students, who in turn will "own" the future and someday emerge as leaders in the workforce. This month, ACTE will hold a social media "thunderclap," a school visit in the Washington, DC, area, a Twitter chat with student officers from the CTSOs, and collaborate with our partners in many other ways to spread the word about the value of contemporary CTE. For more information about how you can get involved with CTE Month--by holding a school or site visit or communicating with the media, policymakers or business leaders--visit acteonline.org/ctemonth. Show your support by purchasing festive CTE Month products, including mood pencils, pens, bracelets and more at shopacte.com.
