Innocent Drinks selects Cobweb solution.

TELECOMWORLDWIRE-26 January 2006-Innocent Drinks selects Cobweb solution(C)1994-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com

An IT solution from Cobweb Solutions Limited, a hosted and Internet-based services provider, has been selected by Innocent Drinks, a manufacturer of fruit smoothies, to help manage its communication and messaging requirements.

Cobweb Solutions provided a Microsoft Hosted Exchange service which delivers an e-mail service to Innocent Drinks employees based at its Amsterdam, Dublin, and Manchester offices and London 'Fruit Towers' headquarters.

The smoothie company, which began as a stall in 1999, selling smoothie recipes at a music festival, now employes 83 people and supplies to UK stockists from small health stores to large supermarkets. Its previous system was close to its 16GB database limit, experienced high volumes of spam and viruses and found employees disconnected from the server for up to four hours when their e-mail boxes reached capacity.

The Microsoft Hosted Exchange Service from Cobweb Solutions was selected, providing 24/7 e-mail management, spam and virus protection, backup, archiving and remote access capabilities, based on a pay-per-user pricing scheme. Innocent Drinks also benefits from fully managed BlackBerry services, enabling it to communicate with employees, customers and suppliers.

Innocent Drinks intends to expand its BlackBerry services from a 70 to 120 user capacity by the end of 2006 and look at online collaboration as the business expands abroad, to enable overseas workers to share documents with UK teams.
