Infinity Valuation Services Expands Offerings.

BPO company adds services, manages retail valuations for financial institution clients

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah -- Infinity Valuation Services (IVS), a full-service valuation company for both commercial and retail properties and sister company to leading REO outsourcer Green River Capital (GRC), announced the expansion of its broker price opinions (BPOs) and appraisal services to include the valuation of retail or non-distressed properties.

IVS has built a substantial business since it was launched in 2008 by providing BPOs on distressed, pre-foreclosure and REO properties. It provides interior and exterior BPOs, appraisals and property inspections in all 50 states and tailors results to meet each client's unique business needs. In 2010, the company had a revenue increase of 36 percent from the previous year, generated by a 52 percent increase in BPO orders. Last year IVS also achieved nearly 100 percent on-time order fulfillments and 84 percent of orders fulfilled early.

Through this expansion, IVS will offer values for retail (non-distressed) properties, loan originations less than $250,000 as well as internal, non-lending purposes. The BPOs can also be used for valuing secondary market pools that might include both distressed and non-distressed assets and for home equity loans and home equity lines of credit.
