INDUSTRY MEMBERS

Your support ensures the viability of NDTA and, at the same time, sustains programs and events that are open to our general membership. We sincerely thank you for your confidence in, and commitment to, the National Defense Transportation Association.

Membership in NDTA appeals to distribution, logistics, transportation, travel, technology, and supply chain companies with recognized presence in international and domestic markets that serve the Defense Transportation System.

Chairman's Circle PLUS Membership is NDTA's highest level of corporate membership and appeals to major transportation, distribution, and travel companies with recognized presence in national and international markets. It is particularly well suited to companies with multiple operating units. It allows up to eight elements, subsidiaries, or brands to be included under the parent organization. The company gains additional exposure by having its corporate family identified and listed with color logo and text in the annual Defense Transportation Journal (DTJ) Almanac Issue.

Chairman's Circle Membership is comparable with the PLUS category above, except without the multiple operating units feature. It appeals to major transportation, distribution, and travel companies with recognized presence in national and international markets. The additional resources and personal involvement of our Chairman's Circle members allows us to provide greater committee support, sponsorship of technical and professional development seminars on a regular basis, and expanded coverage of our professional programs.

Sustaining Membership is appropriate for companies operating in two or more cities or geographic regions. Sustaining Members may have an established brand, but may want to expand networks, increase opportunities for military or government business, or be active in the national committee structure. Sustaining level membership and above is required to participate on NDTA functional committees.

Regional Patron Membership is reserved for the small company operating in a specific geographic area of the country. Regional Patrons may want to establish their service or brand as they grow, network with local industry leaders, or support regional activities.

In addition to exposure and involvement, all Corporate Members, regardless of membership level, can designate employees as individual members of NDTA. In this capacity, employees receive a complimentary subscription to the Defense Transportation Journal (DTJ), as well as hotel and car rental discounts from participating corporate members.

As the preferred solution in government, agencies can manage travel compliance, risk, spend and the traveler experience. The result is a connected approach that creates an effortless user experience and provides transparency into agency government travel spending while safeguarding your employees on a single platform. Concur makes it easier to stay connected with all of your agency travel integrated into one system so you can view the entire picture--full visibility into your travel program no matter where or how travel is booked, and allowing for ease of use and productivity through mobile functionality. By creating this single, connected platform, you'll get an ecosystem that's tailored to your agency--one that allows you to stay on top of changing environments, adapt to regulations and efficiently meet mission-critical operations.

Safeguarding your employees on a single platform has never been easier. Concur Risk Messaging for Government helps you manage employee safety risk by locating all of your employees in real-time so you can communicate with them and assist them when they need it most. Risk Messaging supports your duty of care commitment by integrating risk information with employee location and itinerary data in a single interactive map. You gain a complete view of where all of your employees are located and any delays, disruptions or disasters they may encounter. Based on this information, you can initiate two way communications with employees, and leverage an open platform to provide the right data to all risk stakeholders in your agency.

Government employees can experience the perfect trip when they're on the road, a safeguarded travel experience, and a simple, timely experience when they're back at the office while agencies can manage the bigger picture with ease.

Freeman Holdings Group is primarily a group of privately held FBOs located at twelve airports across the United States. The FBOs are full service facilities with a special focus on military operations and, uniquely, capable of handling cargo and baggage. We treat military and civilian flights as equals, but we understand the unique needs of our military travelers as they transit through our facilities so they are and will always be, "first among equals." Ten of our 12 FBOs are branded "Million Air" and we are the largest single license holder in the Million Air network of worldwide FBOs.. Many of our FBOs have US Customs service on their field; most of the remaining locations have arrangements for Customs support on a 24-hour notice.

Alexandria, LA, Victorville, CA and Topeka, KS are deployment platforms for nearby military installations, with Alexandria and Victorville supporting regular deployments and redeployments for JRTC and NTC respectively. Moses Lake, WA, Yuma, AZ, Lake Charles, LA, Stennis, MS and Rome, NY have close military relationships in their military support role. Riverside, CA and Yuma, AZ are both located at joint use airfields. Several of our locations are convenient for Special Operations use, including Stennis, MS and Orlando, FL. For those of you who have special requirements or support, please just call us, any of us, and we will do our very best to make your visit with us go as smoothly as possible.

Ten of the twelve Freeman FBOs currently hold the DLA Energy fueling contract, with the remaining two locations in the process of bidding a DESC fueling contract. Those two locations will match any DOD contract price in the area.

Million Air FBOs use primarily new equipment to service all aircraft, which includes all fuel trucks and ground support equipment. By the end of this calendar year we will have replaced all of our fuel trucks at over half of our locations and all of our ground power units and air start units with new, state of the art equipment. We understand the sensitivity of time blocks for arriving and departing flights and will do our utmost to keep all our flights, including civilian, military and military contract, on schedule and on time. Our relationship with the Million Air franchise links us with the five-year leader of aviation support and customer service in the trade, nationwide. We are proud of our role in establishing that reputation for our outrageous customer service, professional and precise servicing of military and civilian aircraft, and industry leading facilities and amenities. Most of all, however, we are very proud of the praise and confidence of our military and civilian customers. We work hard to maintain our leadership in these areas and continue to strive to meet and exceed that mark in our daily operations.

We ask that you give us the opportunity to serve you, your units, and your Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coast Guardsmen. You will find that we are mission, safety and service focused, all delivered with military precision.

Rick Hatton, President & CEO

Brad Tuttle, Senior Director, Maintenance & Engineering

Kevin Hopf, Senior Director, Flight Operations

Using entirely private capital, 10 Tanker spent five years developing a suppressant tank system for modified DC-IO aircraft to create a modern, jet powered aerial fire-fighting capability that has had a dramatic impact on wildfire suppression efforts.

The modification is certified by FAA under a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC). 10 Tanker's management, maintenance, flight operations, training, and safety programs are endorsed by both the FAA and the OEM (Boeing), and comply with 14 CFR 137. Nowin its eleventh year of fire suppression operations, 10 Tanker has flown 1,850 missions on more than 400 fires in 14 US states and two foreign countries. The DC 10's unparalleled success is due principally to three breakthroughs:

* CAPACITY--11,600 US gallons (44,000 liters) per load-four to ten times that of conventional tankers--effective line building of up to one mile in length per drop

* SPEED/REACH--Jet speed to/from, putting the asset within an hour of fires up to 400 miles distance

* COST EFFECTIVENESS--lowest cost per gallon delivered
