Industrial Land.

A 117-acre tract in North Little Rock changed hands in a $1.05 million deal ($9,000 per acre).

D&B Commercial Park LLC, led by James Dietz, bought the land on U.S. 165, east of the fiberpark. The seller was I-440 Business Fiberpark LLC, led by George Wilcox.

The deal was financed with a $1.6 million loan from National Bank of Arkansas in North Little Rock.

The land previously was linked with a December 1997 mortgage of $600,000 held by Wilcox Land & Cattle Co., led by George Wilcox.

The property was part of a 241-acre tract purchased from the company for $1.4 million more than three years ago by I-440 Business Fiberpark, originally led by Charles Tankersley.

This property in turn was part of a 540-acre tract that Wilcox acquired for $400,000 in August 1995.

The sellers were Wayman and Earline Calhoun, Robert and Cornelia French Calhoun, Walter and Mary French, Reve and Robert Shepard and Lisa J. French.
