Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

Supply Corps officers recently attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) class. Capt. Bill Skinner - who attended ICAF in 2009--spoke to more than 330 people attending the class. Capt. Skinner centered his presentation on Acquisition Contracting, specific to Reconstruction and Stabilization. He also offered lessons learned and insights from his tour as Chief of Staff, Joint Contracting Command Iraq/Afghanistan. Capt. Skinner currently serves as the Joint Staff, J4 Directorate's Logistics Services Division Chief.

Also supporting the brief was Cmdr. Mark Runstrom, a member of the J4 team as well as an ICAF graduate from the Class of 2009. His work in Operational Contracting Support has been the cornerstone of the key revisions and policy updates of one of the Supply Corps' principal operating Joint Publications, JP 4-01.
