India supports ICT center.

Deputy Prime Minister Dr Kenneth Baugh and High Commissioner of India to Jamaica Mohinder Grover signed a Memorandum of Understanding to set up an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Center in Jamaica, reports Caribbean Net News. The MOU, part of India's Technical Co-operation Program, entails a US$1 million grant to the government of Jamaica, and also provides for the setting up an ICT Training Laboratory, equipped with two classrooms for 25 students each. India will also supply courseware, covering 400-600 students per year, and trainers to conduct the classes.
