The Imperial 3 is a proposed 400 metres (1,312 ft) 116 floors Supertall residential skyscraper in Mumbai, India. The towers are located at the sea front in Tardeo, South Mumbai.Construction will start from 2014 and the towers will inaugurated in 2017. Imperial Tower 3, designed by the Chicago based architect firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture as there most recognizable project to date, were designed as one of Mumbai s tallest Skyscraper.It would be constructed by Shapoorji Pallonji and J+W Consultants and CBM Engineers will act as it%s structural engineer. It will stand near to its existing Sister tower The Imperial Towers which were designed by Hafeez Contractor.
The Imperial 3 would be one of India%s first supertall skyscrapers to achieve a LEED Platinum rating for environmental sustainability from Green Building Council.
