India : BANGALORE gets its most pocket-friendly AC Cab Service with OLA MINI.

Olacabs, the point-to-point cab services provider, on Tuesday has made an announcement on the launch of Ola mini, the new cab service of the company, for the Karnataka capital city of Bangalore.

The company has rolled out the new service to deliver cost-effective, dependable, safe, and realistic travel facility to the city commuters.

With a base fare of Rs. 100 for the first 6-km, the affordable cab service will be available for Rs. 13 per km, similar to the fares of auto rickshaw.

All these reflect that the newly inaugurated service is the cheapest air-conditioned (AC) taxi service for the city at present.

Gul Panag, former Miss India, actor and activist, has launched the new Ola mini service amid media presence at The Oberoi in Bangalore.

In a media statement, the CEO and Co-founder Olacabs - Bhavish Aggarwal revealed, In order to solve commuters everyday problems we have launched our service, Ola mini which will help people commute at auto fares. With Ola mini, our objective is to offer the local commuters an economical, reliable and comfortable travel experience at low and affordable fares. We are launching with 250 cabs under this service and we plan to increase the number to 1000 by the end of this year.

The fleet of Olacabs newly introduced service will have AC compact cars such as Tata Indica Vista and Ford Figo. Customers will be able to book the Ola mini service online or via the Ola mobile app. The Ola mini service will offer other normal services, including the facility to book and track the cab with their cell phones, e-mailed receipts, accurate meter and well trained professional drivers, to the customers.

Gul Panag stated, Road travel in metros is a tough and problematic experience that many a times leaves passengers tired and irritated. It is good to see Ola offering its customers a much better experience at such low fares.
