India,Indonesia : TATA MOTORS penetrated into auto market of INDONESIA with several launches.

The leading carmaker Tata Motors has announced that the company has entered into the Indonesian market recently with a range of top quality products to give a new experience to the customers.

PT Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI), Tata Motors 100% arm, has unveiled three new passenger vehicles in the country. The Indonesian market has been introduced with Tata Motors multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) Aria, hatchback Vista and sports utility vehicle (SUV) Safari Storme, according to the company s statement.

Tata Motors Managing Director - Karl Slym revealed, Since we made the announcement to enter this market a year back, we have tested various products across Indonesian terrain and are convinced that we are bringing in the right product mix, offering smart solutions for mobility to our Indonesian customers.

Tata Motors has started serving the Indonesian market with five dealers, with plans to add another four within December, 2013. The company is expected to have overall 15 dealerships by next March.

Tata Motors has also plans to open around 40 more workshops by March 2014.
