Independent advice for customers at new society.

CHASE de Vere, an independent financial adviser with offices in Cardiff, has been appointed to provide financial planning advice to customers of the newly launched Family Building Society.

The Family Building Society is the first building society proposition to be launched since the 1980s.

Its products and services will be aimed mainly at those aged 45 to 65, and their families, who have generational advice requirements. For example, they might have parents with long-term care needs and/or children who require help to get on the property ladder.

Chase de Vere is the only firm of investment independent financial advisers selected to work with the Family Building Society and will predominantly be providing advice on inheritance tax planning, longterm care planning and funding for education costs.
