InCONTEXT SIGNS VALUE ADDED RESELLER AGREEMENT WITH TOMAHAWK II, INC.

VIENNA, Va., June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- InContext Corporation (VSE: INI) and Tomahawk II Inc. of Buffalo Grove, Ill., today announced the signing of a Value Added Reseller Agreement whereby Tomahawk will resell the InContext(TM) Structured Document Processor to their service bureau and systems integrations customers. The agreement included an initial purchase by Tomahawk of $178,750 (U.S.) in InContext licences.
Tomahawk believes that many customers that come to it for document conversion services will ultimately require system integration services to implement full structured document processing and management systems in house -- and InContext will be a key component in those installations.
Tomahawk will immediately commence sales activities in the automotive and government sectors with customers who have indicated short term purchase requirements after early exposure to the InContext product at the CALS EXPO and SEYBOLD'93 conferences.
Tomahawk President Bernard Asher was enthusiastic about the prospects for InContext, pointing out, "We have seen close up the struggle that manufacturing companies are going through to integrate the movement of information between the shop floor and the rest of the organization. InContext provides an Open Systems solution on the Windows PC platform to tie it all together."
InContext President Robert Arn commented, "Tomahawk's knowledge of the automotive and manufacturing sector combined with its background in Product Data Management Systems makes them an important channel for InContext products."
InContext Corporation specializes in enterprise-wide structured document processing systems. Its InContext product line is based on networked PC's running Windows 3.1. It offers powerful information creation and management capabilities with totally user-transparent maintenance of ISO SGML and CALS structured document standards and easy interfaces to common PC word processors and desktop publishing systems as well as to UNIX publishing systems. InContext recently received a major grant from the Canadian Department of National Defence to support its development of advanced applied intelligence-based document processing capabilities for InContext's CALS software.
Tomahawk II Inc. is a Native American owned services corporation that specializes in document imaging and conversion and financing and leasing of equipment and software.
