Cases dealt with by Coventry Magistrates on September 25 included: Elita Barkouska, 35, of Leopold Road, Hillfields, was convicted in her absence of keeping a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements. She was fined PS200 and told to pay a PS20 victim surcharge and PS110 costs.

Bill Best, 30, of Parkstone Road, Foleshill, was convicted in his absence of failing to register a vehicle transfer. He was fined PS200 and told to pay a PS20 victim surcharge and PS90 costs.

Michael Bourne, 34, of Batsford Road, Coundon, was convicted in his absence of failing to register a vehicle transfer. He was fined PS200 and told to pay a PS20 victim surcharge and PS90 costs.

Jennifer Bradley-Smith, 24, of Melbourne Road, Earlsdon, was convicted in her absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle. She was fined PS200 and told to pay PS30.42 back duty and PS90 costs.

Peter Brown, 44, of Daffern Avenue, Gun Hill, was convicted in his absence of failing to register a vehicle transfer. He was fined PS200 and told to pay a PS20 victim surcharge and PS90 costs.

Emmet Cahill, 33, of Whoberley Avenue, Whoberley, was convicted in his absence of failing to register a vehicle transfer. He was fined PS200 and told to pay a PS15 victim surcharge and PS90 costs.

Nigel Carpenter, 51, of Trentham Road, Hillfields, was convicted in his absence of failing to register a vehicle transfer. He was fined PS200 and told to pay a PS20 victim surcharge and PS90 costs.

Blaine Chambers, 25, of Clinton Road, Foleshill, was convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle. He was fined PS400 and told to pay PS72.09 back duty and PS90 costs.

Michael Clark, 34, of Coventry Road, Fillongley, was convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle. He was fined PS200 and told to pay PS30 back duty and PS90 costs.

Dean Codd, 28, of Nuneaton Road, Bulkington, was convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle. He was fined PS200 and told to pay PS14.59 back duty and PS90 costs.

Ryan Conniff, 27, of Denham Avenue, Allesley Park, was convicted in his absence of failing to register a vehicle transfer. He was fined PS200 and told to pay a PS20 victim surcharge and PS90 costs.
