In the Urban Village from sea to sea to sea.

For Alysson
Her eyes glistened with joy as he scanned her world of cities,
towns and villages __ Fledging broods confined by greed and perils of
vain gloriousness, blindly grow to decadence.
Looking through the window, to the streets below, she gazed at the flow
of lives__ generations of minds, happy moments and calamities Teased
from her, a mother's smile of confidence, in her children's
evolving years, from failures to success and failures to success__
Beneath the civil code they dined as Friendship waited on their table
with the menu of the evening, "Quebecois cuisine."
A taste of home, casual with a touch of class, an openness, the right to
be, often misconstrued with other dishes in the village__
As she spoke the meanings of her words entered his world like implants,
that absorbed the neutrons of her ways. She teased his mind In daily
doses of the days awaking, for him to spew the language of her heart.
