Impedance tester.

The RITS520a, a turnkey system, offers reliable, repeatable and automated controlled impedance testing of 508 x 711.2 mm PCBs and coupons in a production environment. The system includes reference airlines traceable to NPL and NIST standards to ensure accuracy. A self-calibration function automatically verifies accuracy to the probe tip every few minutes during a test. Manual handling time is reduced, and test productivity is increased. Average test time is less than eight seconds per test.
