Impact Management appointed receiver

IMPACT Management Group, Inc. has been appointed Receiver of Rents for eight Connecticut properties which include residential, office, and retail complexes.

The Superior Court for the Judicial District of New Haven at New Haven has appointed IMPACT Receiver of Rents for five properties in the greater New Haven area. IMPACT will assume leasing responsibilities for a three-story 15,000-square-foot office and retail building at 376-386 Whalley Ave. which is 65 percent occupied; three residential units at 28-30 Court Street; and the residential complexes of Southwind in Wallingford, and Captain's Walk and Sundowner, in East Haven. totalling 384 units. IMPACT will also assume the leasing responsibilities for the properties.

The Superior Court for the Judicial District of Windham at Putnam has appointed IMPACT Receiver of Rents for Whetstone Mills in Killingly, which includes 43 available residential condominiums in a two-building historic renovation on Valley Road and newly constructed townhouses.

The Superior Court for the Judicial District of New Haven at Meridian has appointed IMPACT Receiver of Rents for Trackside, a 19,500-square-foot commercial condominium complex at 327 Sandbank Road, Cheshire.

The Superior Court for the Judicial District of Hartford at New Britain has appointed IMPACT Receiver of Rents for Fairway, a residential complex of 114 units in New Britain.
