Icelandic introduces Currents.
With Currents, Jonsson has created many new seafood items including the foodservice industry's first premium cross-grilled fish fillets.
The fillets are pre-seared with a cross-grill pattern for authentic flame-grilled appearance. Currents is offering cross-grilled fillets in wild-caught Salmon, wild-caught Mahi Mahi, lake-raised Tilapia and wildcaught Pollock. Specialty items include: Wild Salmon Cake and a ready-to-eat Smoked Salmon Ring with Cream Cheese Filling.
