NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT-6 July 2005-Icelandic Group Plc issues profit warning(C)1994-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

The Icelandic seafood group Icelandic Group Plc issued on Tuesday (5 July) a profit warning for the first half of 2005.

The company said that its operations had not met expectations, mainly due to deviations in the US and integration costs relating to the company's operations.

Icelandic Group added that the integration of its operations with the Icelandic seafood group Blue Ice Group was currently taking place.
