 IVAN HODAC NAMED VICE PRESIDENT TIME WARNER PUBLIC AFFAIRS EUROPE
 NEW YORK, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX) announced today that it has named Ivan Hodac vice president of Time Warner Public Affairs Europe based in Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Hodac will report to Tod R. Hullin, Time Warner senior vice president communications and public affairs.
 Hodac, since 1984, served as secretary general of Worldwide Industry Association, a trade association representing businesses in Europe and America.
 In making the announcement, Hullin said: "The decisions and actions of the European Economic Community affect the capacity of Time Warner's businesses to operate and grow in Europe. Having an executive of Ivan Hodac's caliber to head our Brussels office will enhance our capacity to assist the businesses of Time Warner to meet the growth opportunities and challenges presented by a unified Europe."
 Hodac, 46, was a senior economist at J.M Didier and Associates, Counsel on European Communities from 1980 to 1984 advising multinational companies on EEC developments. Prior to that, from 1976 he had been an assistant professor at the College of Europe, Bruges.
 Hodac has a B.A. (1968) from the University of Prague in mechanical engineering and an M.A. (1975) in political science and economics from the University of Copenhagen, and a certificate of Higher European studies from the College of Europe at Bruges.
