ITW-Tire Mold Division (Akron Standard).

ITW-Tire Mold Division (Akron Standard), a worldwide supplier of tire making products, and IGTT a.s. of Zlin, Czech Republic, have signed a co-manufacturing and licensing agreement whereby ITW-Tire Mold Division will provide foundry technology and segmented tire molds to IGTT. IGTT is an independent provider of tire designs, rubber compounding and tire building equipment throughout Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Under the initial agreement, ITW will provide segmented tire molds produced from IGTT designs. In addition to providing tire molds, ITW under a licensing agreement, will provide aluminum foundry technology to IGTT as well. Over time, IGTT will produce their own tire molds using technology provided by ITW.
