ITV move late News.
ITV is to axe News At Ten for the second time and switch its late bulletin to 10.30pm from next year. The move was revealed by the Mirror in August.
News At Ten was first axed in 1998 and has lost the ratings war with BBC's 10pm slot after returning.
The programme has been dubbed "News At When" because the time it goes out so often changes.
ITV News Editor David Mannion said: "A fixed time slot five days a week will be more competitive."
