ITT Flyght signs lease for 70,000 sf in CT.

In what is the largest lease transaction so far this year in Fairfield County, ITT Flygt has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 70,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at Trumbull Corporate Park, it was announced by Rostenberg-Doern Company, Inc., the broker that handled the transaction.

ITT Flygt, a unit of ITT Corp., is expanding and consolidating its North American corporate headquarters and regional distribution facilities from various locations in Norwalk. The company, which manufactures submersible pumps for utilities and other commercial users, is expected to complete the move to Trumbull by January 1993.

Kevin M. Foley, vice president with Rostenberg-Doern Company, Inc., was the broker in the transaction.

Trumbull Corporate Park, which is located at 35 Nutmeg Drive, is a 285,000-square-foot complex on 20 acres. The complex is owned and managed by David A. Mack, Interests.
