ITSI Awarded $276 Million MATOC Contract.

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc. (ITSI) announced today that the company has been awarded a $276 million Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the Facility Repair and Renewal (FRR) program under the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) designed to support clients with facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, addition, construction, equipment procurement, installation and maintenance requirements.

ITSI was one of three companies selected on a competitive basis to receive an unrestricted award for the FRR. The FRR MATOC pool for the unrestricted awards has a ceiling capacity of $276 million that will be shared with the winning firms. The contract duration is a one (1) year base award and four (4) option years for a total of five (5) years possible. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract will have firm fixed price (FFP), cost-plus-incentive-fee (CPIF), or time and materials (T&M) task orders.

The FRR MATOC contract award is another step in establishing ITSI as one of the largest providers of infrastructure services for the government. ITSI remains one of the nation's premier government environmental and infrastructure contractors.

As a prime contractor to the USACE, ITSI has successfully executed design-build (D-B) construction projects under three USACE MATOCs for the Sacramento, Ft. Worth and Mobile Districts. The USACE continues to be one of ITSI's most valued clients.
