ITEC ATTRACTIONS SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT WITH DEVELOPER TO BUILD AND LEASE ITS FIRST GIANT SCREEN THEATER FACILITY

 SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 23 ~PRNewswire~ -- ITEC Attractions announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with a developer to lease a Giant Screen Theater which will be built to suit for the company in Branson, Mo.
 The facility will include a 500-seat Giant Screen Theater and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail shopping space. The facility will have frontage on the famous Highway 76 as well as access to a road to be constructed by the city which will run parallel to Highway 76.
 ITEC plans to produce a 35-40 minute Giant Screen Themed Film which will enhance the tourist experience in this popular destination. Negotiations are currently underway with equipment suppliers and with filmmakers. ITEC expects to have both contracts in place by Jan. 1, 1993.
 Kelvyn H. Cullimore, president of ITEC Attractions, stated: "The company is pleased to become a part of Branson, Mo., which is emerging as the Country and Western Music Capital of the World. Our Giant Screen Theater will provide an alternative entertainment option which will appeal to people of all ages. We will announce further details of the project in Branson, Mo. on December 2."
 ITEC Attractions is currently engaged in a public offering of its stock which is being underwritten by Gene Morgan Financial of Los Angeles.
