IT'S A RIGHTS MESS.
Byline: SUE CARROLLCONVICTED paedophile Andrew Baldwin has been allowed to use a school gym because banning him might infringe his human rights. What's surprising about this story is that anyone reading it should be the least bit surprised.
The onward march of "human rights" insanity throws up such cases on an almost weekly basis.
Sadly we're so inured to this all pervading idiocy we just shrug.
In this "victim culture" we seem to have lost sight of who the real victims are.
A fact compounded by Judge Carol Hagen who, 10 months ago allowed suspected rapist, Mohammed Reza Telabi Zamani, to be released on bail.
The Iranian illegal immigrant has since disappeared but, in the unlikely event that he's ever recaptured, I think we can confidently predict that the chances of his deportation are zilch.
Sending him back to Iran would, doubtless, be presented as an infringement of his human rights.
And so the wheel of madness turns.
