ISPCON Fall 2004 Conference Program Focuses on Major Business and Technology Issues, with Emphasis on Value-Added Services.

GOLDEN, Colo. -- ISPCON, the leading event for wired and wireless ISPs, today released conference program details centered on value-added services. The sessions will take place during the ISPCON Fall 2004 event, which runs November 3-5 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California.

Strategic moves and emerging opportunities for ISPs and WISPs to differentiate their services will be outlined, discussed and debated during the three-day event. ISPs will gather during the convention to develop unique value propositions with higher returns and bundled service packages that best the broad-based commodity offerings of competitors in the Internet service providers market.

Bader will be speaking on the subject during his session titled "Market Segmentation for Fun and Profit" on Thursday, November 4 at 4:15 p.m., within the Business Track of the industry gathering.

During an evening open-forum "Exchange" session taking place Thursday, November 4, Doug McDonald, Principal of BranchRun Communications, will lead "ISP-CEO Exchange: The Best and Worst of Value-Added Services." The popular forum brings the CEOs of ISP and WISP organizations together at each ISPCON event for an open floor discussion of key issues. This Fall's ISP-CEO Exchange meeting will provide plenty of debate and sharing of what's working and what's not in various service portfolios. McDonald is also facilitating a three-hour workshop on Friday, November 5, which delves into selecting, marketing and selling services geared specifically for the SOHO and Small-to-Medium sized Enterprise customer.
